I tried my best to make it look like skin on her neck. I don't know what it's called, so I will just refer to it as her "neck cushion." I've never liked how Kreia has a thing covering her whole neck, and it looks kind of weird and unnecessary. It isn't compatible with anything that has "PO_Pkreia.tga", "P_KreiaH.tga", "P_KreiaH.txi", or "P_KreiaA.tga" or anything that has the same names as these files that end with ".TPC" or ".DDS".Ĭompatible with the Kotor 2 Mod Build, but be sure to delete "P_KreiaH.tpc", "PO_Pkreia.tpc", and "P_KreiaA.tpc" located in the "Override" folder found in the Kotor 2 TSL directory.ĭo not Re-Up[load files from this mod anywhere else, unless if you include it in your own mod and I have been given visible credit. They overwrite the ".tga" file format I use and could cause crashes with combination of my mod.ĭelete the files from my mod that are in your "Override" folder found in the Kotor 2 TSL directory. Overwrite any files if necessary.ģ. THIS STEP IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, BUT OPTIONAL. Search for any files that have the same name as my mod that have a ".TPC" file extension or a ".DDS" file extension and delete those. Copy the files from the folder you have chosen and paste them into the "Override" folder found in the Kotor 2 TSL directory. Choose which one you would like to use based off of the Screenshots on this page.Ģ. There are 2 folders that contain the retextures: Neck Clothing and No Neck Clothing. Textures have been upscaled to 2048 x 2048 and I've applied a cloth texture to her robes and a leather texture to her yellow-biege area near her head.ġ. I've made a retexture and released it here that does this, with a bonus that doesn't have her clothing on her neck based off of my mod that already does this. KOTOR's Community Patch (also installable on Android) as well as the availability of mods on both mobile devices and PC place the releases of the Knights of the Old Republic titles on both platforms head and shoulders above the pack, making them the best places for fans of the franchise to experience the adventures of a bygone era in a galaxy far, far away. Not many Retextures for TSL have redone Kreia in a manner that stays true to her original appearance that upscales her textures and changes only a few things. The Xbox and Nintendo Switch releases are left with content that fans are unable to access, leaving them adequate for a first play yet lacking for a definitive experience. The availability of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic leaves very few options for players wanting to experience the titles at their very best. The versions released on the Nintendo Switch and for mobile devices are more streamlined by comparison, but for fans who wish to play the game with the available improvements and mods, the mobile version may be the best bet with the PC version right behind it. KOTOR 2’s Steam version updates by Aspyr Media included widescreen support, controller compatibility, and full Steam Workshop support that make the game much more intuitive and user-friendly through the base game and the installation of mods. The first KOTOR has a litany of mods to improve a player’s experience with the title, but the PC version suffers in ways not present in KOTOR 2.
