Definitely one of the worst attitudes I have had to deal with. All of this by the way after I explained to ther that I wasn't calling to complain or give her a hard time, that I understood the seller was the one who made the error and all I wanted to know is if they had any packages returned. Locate a Post Office or other USPS services such as stamps, passport acceptance, and Self-Service Kiosks. Check your passport expiration date and make sure you have at least six months of validity beyond the last day of your upcoming trip. Dont get stuck at the airport with an expiring passport. We got a refund from the seller and we wouldn't even be bothering with the post office if the monitor wasn't backordered everywhere at this point. Locate a Post Office or other USPSĀ® services such as stamps, passport acceptance, and Self-Service Kiosks. FedEx Office now offers expedited services featuring smart-form automation, simplifying the process to avoid application delays. Also, the question remains, where is the baby monitor that was supposedly delivered to that address, since it was not received there either and they have no proof that it was delivered. Instead I got yelled at being 8 months pregnant about how this is not their customer service problem and on and on. All we wanted to know from the local post-office is if the package had been returned to them as the main USPS line told us that sometimes that can happen and it may not be scanned in as returned yet. We let her know that we did go to the address where it was supposedly delivered and the very nice women who answered the door was able to tell us that she did not receive the package either. She let us know that the package was delivered to the address on the label, which was an error on the senders part, which we already knew and understood. She was unprofessional, and confrontational from the moment she called. Katrina returned a call regarding a missing package.
